ORDER PROCESSING TIMES: 

Any orders placed will have an order processing time of 1-4 days. Should a problem arise where this could be longer, we will contact you, however this is unlikely. 

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

Currently we ship from Australia to Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom and Canada. We will be expanding to more countries in the future. PLEASE NOTE: Lulu and Monkey are not responsible for the payment of any import taxes internationally, it is the customer responsibility to cover these, if any. 

Australia: Standard + Express shipping options available. Please note: Any orders over $100 in Australia will receive free standard shipping. 

New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom and Canada: Standard shipping only available at this time. You can find the shipping costs for your area below.

Express: $9.95 AUD (1-4 business days)

New Zealand

Standard: $20 NZD (6-27 business days)

Canada

Standard: $24 CAD (6-27 business days)

United States

Standard: $17 USD (6-27 business days)

United Kingdom

Standard: £19 GBP (6-27 business days)

ORDER TRACKING:

All orders will be placed with Australia Post and customers will be provided with a tracking number. When you provide us with your email and/or phone number at the checkout, you will receive shipping updates via these methods.
