Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United Kingdom and United States. We hope to ship to new locations soon! If we don't ship to you, but you'd like us to, please get in touch with us via social media!

Please note: Import duties and taxes are at the buyer's expense.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are dispatched within 1-4 business days. We complete all of our orders through Australia Post.

If shipping within Australia, you will have the option for express shipping.

If shipping internationally, we only ship standard at this time. You will be given tracking notifications if you wish so you can track your order.

How do I track my order?

Once we have dispatched the order on our end and it is given to Australia Post, we will let you know your tracking number so that you can stalk your postie!

All orders are sent with ATL (Authority to leave) - so if you have a specific place for the postie to leave your item, please list this in the notes section when checking out.

Returns

How do I return an item?

If a product arrives to you damaged, or not what you expected and you'd like to return it, please get in contact with us so we can help you process this.

If it is a change of mind, you will need to pay for the return postage, and the product will need to return back in it's original state and packaging.

Once you get in touch with us, we can walk you through the process.

Please note: all products must be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive a return.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we have received the item, we will have it processed within 1-5 business days and the money will be refunded to you. Please note: whilst we pride ourselves on fast service, sometimes it may take a few business days to have this money come through to your account after it has been processed by us. Unfortunately this is out of our control, however we will aim to make this as seamless and quick as possible.

Can I exchange for a different item?

If you have bought an item and you have a change of mind and you would like to exchange it for something else, please get in contact with us. We can make this happen for you. You will need to pay the return postage fee, and once we have received the item, we can process the refund so that you can buy the product you would like.

General

My order is a gift, can it be sent straight to the recipient? Can I add a gift note?

Of course, simply place the address for the products to be delivered to. If you would like tracking notifications, place your own contact details in (this will also keep the gift a surprise for the recipient).

If you would like us to add a gift note, please write your note in the special instructions at checkout and we will handle the rest. Your recipient will LOVE what you have chosen.

Can products be customised?

Our products are not able to be personalised or changed.
